WANDERLUST STATION

1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is before 12:00.
• Please inform the reception if you need early check-in or late check-out (additional charges may apply).
• Quiet hours: 23:00 – 06:00, please keep noise levels down to respect other guests.

2. GENERAL

• Smoking is not allowed in rooms or common areas (please use the designated smoking area).
• Strong -smelling food and drinks are not allowed in the rooms.
• Do not move or rearrange furniture and hostel equipment.

3. CLEANLINESS & PROPERTY CARE

• Keep the hostel clean and dispose of trash properly.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the hostel is not liable for any losses.
• Any damage to hostel property must be reported and compensated accordingly.

4. VISITORS & SECURITY

• Do not bring strangers into your room or the hostel without prior approval from reception.
• Guests must present valid identification upon check-in, as required by law.

5. SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

• Please lock your room door when leaving.
• The use of illegal substances, gambling, or any unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.
• Staff reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate these rules, with no refund.

6. CHILD POLICY:

• Free of charge for children under 5 years old (sharing bed with parents, sharing breakfast with parents).
• Surcharge applies:
• For children from over 5 to under 12 years old: 150,000 VND/child (sharing bed with parents, with a separate breakfast).
• Children over 12 years old are considered adults.
• Extra bed surcharge: no extra bed available.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation made at least 03 days before check-in date: free of charge.
• Cancellation made within 03 days before check-in date: 50% of the room rate will be charged.
• Cancellation on the check-in date or no-show: 100% of the room rate will be charged.

8. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY:

• Early check-in before 6:00 AM: charged one full night room rate.
• Early check-in from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM: charged 50% of the room rate.
• Late check-out before 6:00 PM: charged 50% of one night room rate.
• Late check-out after 6:00 PM: charged 100% of one night room rate.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability.

9. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY:

• The deposit method is based on mutual agreement between both parties when confirming the booking, with a minimum deposit of 50% of the total booking value.
